General information on data processing
As a matter of principle, we only process personal data of our users as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons or the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.
Purpose, legal basis, categories of recipients, storage period of the data.
The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about products and services of our company and to enable users to contact us.
Furthermore, we process personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which we are subject according to any applicable law of the EU or according to any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject prevail. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
For this purpose, we use service companies that are separately committed to confidentiality and data protection as part of the service provision. Data is only passed on to public authorities in the event of overriding legal requirements. Data is not transferred to third countries.
General recording of accesses
We collect a series of general data and information with each access to the website by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the log files of our web server. Recorded are:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- name and URL of accessed files,
- website from which the access was made or from which you were directed to our site (referrer URL),
- browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device.
The forementioned data are processed by us for the following purposes:
- to ensure a smooth connection setup of the website
- to ensure system security and stability
These points are in your and our legitimate interest. In addition, we may also use this data to comply with our legal obligations to cooperate with law enforcement authorities. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The storage period of these log files is usually 7 days.
Use of cookies
This website uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is used to evaluate the website’s visit behavior and to improve our information offering. The information obtained is only used for internal statistical evaluation and is not passed on to third parties.

Our website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored.

(2) Last name (mandatory field)

Data subject rights
If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights against the controller:
Right of access
You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data.
You can find out what has been requested about you or, if applicable, from others about your person (data collection), what then happens to this data, why this data is important in the first place, to whom the data is then passed on, e.g. for billing purposes, and when this data is deleted, i.e. “disappears” from the system.
Right to rectification
You may request that data which you believe to be inaccurate be amended.
Right to erasure
You can demand that data which you believe to be untrue or does not belong to you be deleted. However, this right must not result in the facility itself no longer being able to fulfill its obligations (e.g. care documentation, accounts that have a legal basis). Data that has been made public about you (e.g. name and photo on the homepage), i.e. is available to everyone on the Internet, must also be deleted at your request. Likewise, others who have taken over your data must be informed of this.
Right to restriction of processing
If you have a justified objection that your data is not correct, but your request for deletion cannot be complied with for other reasons (see right to deletion), then you can have further processing restricted until your objection has been clarified by the courts, if necessary. This means that as long as this data is restricted, no one can work on it.
Right to notification
You may request to be informed when your data is disclosed, to others not listed. You may also request to be informed immediately in the event of a data breach.
Right to data portability
You may request that if you move from us to another facility, your data be transferred to the new facility.
Right to object and contact data protection officer
You can revoke your consent in whole or in individual parts at any time, without giving reasons.
Please address your objection to:
info@rkm-data.de
Right to complain to a supervisory authority
In the event of a complaint, you may contact the competent supervisory authority:
Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1
65189 Wiesbaden
